Webinar: Findings from the 2011 Disability Status Report

On Friday, January 18, 2013, Cornell University’s Employment and Disability Institute (EDI) will present the findings from the 2011 Disability Status Report via a free online webinar from 2:00-3:00pm EST. The presentation will focus on data collected from the 2011 American Community Survey (ACS), as it relates to individuals with disabilities and employment, education, poverty, household income and labor earnings. Some findings from Cornell’s research up for discussion include the disparity between employment of working age (21-64) people with disabilities (33.4%) and their non-disabled cohorts (76.5%). Individuals can register to gain access to this free webinar.
