The purpose of this survey is to learn how young people (age 13-25) use wireless technology, and how this technology impacts their lives. The survey mainly focuses on cellphones, but also includes questions about other types of devices like tablet computers such as Apple's iPad, Amazon's Kindle Fire and other similar devices.

Please note, that if you are under the age of 18, one of your parents or guardians must provide signed consent for you to participate in the survey. We also need your assent to participate in the survey. The consent and assent form, along with a PDF copy of the survey are found below. Or you can obtain the consent form by contacting: John Morris at 404-367-1348, john_morris@shepherd.org.
