Survey of User Needs (SUN) Overview

Welcome!

This Survey of User Needs is about wireless products like cell phones, tablets. The purpose of the survey is to learn about how people with disabilities use this technology. It's also to learn about why some people with disabilities don't use these products. This information is used to let designers  know the needs of people of all ages and with all types of abilities, in order of  make wireless products easier to use. Since 2001 more than 5000 people with disabilities have taken this survey. THANK YOU sharing your experiences!

The survery is organized into 6 parts:
