Yat-Sang Hung (Sang) is Director of User Experience at Samsung Mobile.  His current work includes both quantitative and qualitative user and product research, as well as universal design of wireless devices.  He served as Chief Scientist of Device Usability and Ergonomics and various capacities at Sprint Corporation for 12 years before joining Samsung in 2008.   He has been involved in accessibility design and research at Sprint and Samsung.  He and his team at Sprint created mobile phone accessibility user interface requirements for device manufacturers back in 2000.
